Dubai, UAE – September 15, 2025: Avtar Group, a leading workplace culture consulting and Inclusion (DEI) solutions firm, has announced the second edition of the Avtar & Seramount Best Companies for Women in Gulf (BCWG) list. This influential benchmarking initiative recognizes GCC organizations excelling in gender diversity and inclusive workplace policies. The announcement was made at the Best of Best (BOB) Gulf Conference 2025 held today in Dubai.

The BCWG study evaluated companies on recruitment and retention of women professionals, leadership representation, pay equity, parental and caregiving support, flexible work arrangements, and DEI management accountability.
