Corrections & Clarifications
At Times of Dubai, we strive for accuracy and transparency in everything we publish. While we get it right most of the time, mistakes can happen. When they do, we correct them quickly and openly, taking responsibility as needed.
Our Corrections Policy
Accuracy First: We check all our stories before publishing, but if something slips through, we’ll fix it.
Transparency: Any important corrections will be marked in the article, including when it was changed.
Clarity: We don’t hide corrections — you’ll always see what was changed and why.
Ongoing Review: We review our editorial process to reduce errors and improve accuracy.
How We Update & Correct
Minor Edits: Small fixes like grammar, style or formatting may be done without notice.
Substantive Changes: Any big updates like corrections to facts, figures, names or dates will have a correction note at the bottom of the article.
Developing Stories: As news unfolds, articles may be updated and we’ll indicate when we do.
