Dubai has a summer problem. The city does not sleep in July and August. People do not go home. The restaurants stay full. The traffic barely eases. But the outdoor spaces that make Dubai what it is become genuinely dangerous between noon and sunset, and anybody who has tried to stand at an outdoor concert in forty-five degree heat knows exactly why indoor summer entertainment is not a luxury. Rather, it is a survival strategy. Beat the Heat Dubai was built for exactly this reality, and in 2026, it returns for its fifth season with one of the strongest lineups it has assembled.
What Is Beat the Heat Dubai?
Beat the Heat Dubai is an indoor summer concert series held annually at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Hence, the festival is designed for the Dubai summer.
While outside it may be humid, inside Dubai World Trade Centre, the fans have the opportunity to enjoy a full concert experience with food and beverage options, easy transport links and casual dress code. It takes a particular interest in Arabic, also regional and Arabic fusion music. Moreover, it is one of the very few platforms in the UAE to feature Middle East and North African music, at scale, for the summer.
Beat the Heat Dubai is championing the sounds that make up the Middle East and North Africa. So, promoting local and indigenous talent in all its forms, from rock and pop to rap and Arabic fusion, it ensures that great live entertainment is available to the masses.
The format is simple. One venue, Hall No. 8 at DWTC. One Saturday night per concert. Doors at 6pm, show at 8:30pm. Air conditioning throughout. No outdoor queues to speak of. Also, no weather to manage. Furthermore, for a city that runs its social calendar heavily from October to April, Beat the Heat Dubai fills a genuine gap in the summer calendar.

Season 5: The Lineup
This year’s season opens and builds across three confirmed Saturdays. Also, additional acts are expected to be announced.
CAIROKEE
Cairokee will lead the opening night on Saturday, July 11, 2026. Formed in Cairo, the group rose to prominence with socially conscious lyrics, stirring rock arrangements, and songs that captured the spirit of a generation. Their biggest tracks include Sout El Horreya, Ya El Midan, Ethbat Makanak, Basrah w Atooh, Ana Negm, and also Nefsy Ahbek.
The Sound of Freedom, Sout El Horreya, is one of the most recognised songs of the Arab world and one of the songs which became an anthem during the Arab Spring. Furthermore, their concerts are not background music. They’re singalong events which prove the audience knows every word and mean it. Tickets start from AED 210. The doors open at 6pm and the show will begin at 8:30pm. And the youngest age is 14 years.
DYSTINCT & Issam Najjar
Both DYSTINCT and Issam Najjar will be on stage on Saturday, July 18, 2026. Born in Belgium as Iliass Mansouri, DYSTINCT is a Belgian-Moroccan artist who has since established himself as one of the most listened-to Arabic fusion artists of his generation, achieving his own music to be understood by all cultures, languages and borders.
His breakthrough debut Ghazali was an international success and Tek Tek, La, Business and Spider have all established him as a chart-topping talent with great depth. His music is also a mix of raï, afrobeat, urban pop and Arabic music, and he sounds great for a new generation of artists from the diaspora.
Issam Najjar is a Jordanian-Palestinian singer-songwriter, whose hit Hadal Ahbek went viral and carried his breezy, romantic style beyond the Arab world and into international ears. He has since continued building momentum with songs including Waray, Ansaki, Baree, Hada Ghareeb, and Mn Gheirik Enti.
He will also perform on July 18. Putting DYSTINCT and Issam Najjar on the same bill is a smart pairing. DYSTINCT brings raw energy and genre-crossing flair. Issam Najjar also brings the melodic hits that the entire crowd already knows by heart.
Talal Sam & Sultan Al Murshed
Taking the stage on Saturday, July 25, 2026 are Talal Sam and Sultan Murshed. Talal Sam is one of Kuwait’s most beloved artists, known for his powerful vocals, emotional performances, and chart-topping Khaleeji hits. Moreover, he has a remarkable ability to connect with audiences across the Gulf.
Sultan Murshed is a rising Saudi star whose distinctive voice and contemporary sound have earned him a rapidly growing fan base across the region. Also, the July 25 night shifts the series toward the Gulf sound, which is its own distinct genre and has a deeply loyal audience in the UAE.
Season 5 has more artists expected to join the lineup, making this summer concert series one of the highlights of Dubai’s entertainment calendar.

Beat the Heat Dubai Tickets and How to Get Them
Tickets are available via beattheheatDubai.ae, with prices starting from AED 105. But, different ticket tiers are available, with premium options starting higher. However, given limited-ticket messaging on several events, availability may change quickly.

How to Get to Beat the Heat Dubai?
The venue is Hall No. 8, Dubai World Trade Centre. By car, take Sheikh Zayed Road and follow signs for the DWTC junction. Use Exhibition Street or Exhibition Plaza parking for the closest access to Hall 8. Then, by taxi, ask to be dropped at the Convention Gate or Exhibition Street Entrance.
By metro, take the Red Line to World Trade Centre Station and follow signs to the venue. Moreover, visitors from Sharjah and Abu Dhabi should factor in Saturday evening traffic, which can add 20 to 30 minutes depending on direction.
What to Expect at Beat the Heat Dubai?
The venue is fully air conditioned throughout. Food and beverage options are available inside. The dress code is casual, which for a summer in Dubai already narrows itself naturally. Doors open at 6pm, giving early arrivals time to eat, find their spot, and settle before the 8:30pm show.
The minimum age across all three confirmed nights is 14. Hence, all guests should carry a valid photo ID for entry checks and bring tickets in digital or printed form to support a smoother arrival.
The best part of Beat the Heat Dubai has always been what it does not ask of you. No outdoor queuing. No sun or planning around weather. Just an air conditioned hall, a great band, and a crowd that has waited all summer for this.
