Want a Property Career? Dubai Has 400+ Emirati Real Estate Jobs Waiting

Dubai Offers 400+ Emirati Real Estate Jobs at DLD Hiring Drive

DLD’s fourth jobs day lets UAE nationals’ interview on the spot, building on 2,100 placements since 2023.

400 New Emirati Real Estate Jobs on the Table

Dubai Land Department (DLD) wants to place more than 400 additional Emiratis in the property sector. It made the push at the fourth edition of its Real Estate Day for Emirati Employment. The goal is simple: more Emirati real estate jobs, filled faster.

Venue and Date

Thursday, October 29, was the day. The venue was the Address Sky View hotel in Dubai, where recruiters sat ready to meet candidates for Emirati real estate jobs in person.

Who Showed Up

More than 80 companies from across the sector came looking for staff. University students and other jobseekers came to meet them. The Emirati real estate jobs on offer are meant for UAE nationals.

How the Day Worked

Candidates did not have to wait weeks for a reply. Interviews took place on the spot. Visitors could also ask what each role demands and what a long-term career in the field might look like. For first-time applicants, Emirati real estate jobs rarely get more accessible than this.

Why DLD Keeps Running This Event

DLD has been doing this for a few years now. Its initiatives from 2023 to 2026 produced more than 2,100 Emirati real estate jobs. The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (Nafis) and the Emirati Human Resources Development Council in Dubai all helped. The new 400 openings come on top of that number.

What DLD’s Leadership Says

Majid Saqr Al Marri, CEO of the Real Estate Registration Sector at DLD, told Khaleej Times that the department brings academic and business partners together. Its aim, he said, is “bringing the best opportunities to Emiratis.” For him, Emirati real estate jobs sit at the center of that work.

The Market Behind the Hiring

Companies are hiring because business is moving. In the first half of 2026, Dubai’s property value rose 52 percent from a year earlier. The emirate completed 104 property projects in 2026, up 38.7 percent from 2025. More projects need more people, and Emirati real estate jobs are part of that demand.

Where Real Estate Fits in Dubai’s Economy

The Dubai Media Office reported that the sector grew 3.1 percent year-on-year in the first quarter of 2026. It generated about Dh26 billion in gross value-added and made-up 11.2 percent of Dubai’s GDP. Overall GDP grew 2.4 percent in the same period. Emirati real estate jobs are tied to one of the emirate’s biggest sectors.

What Jobseekers Should Do Next

If you missed this edition, keep an eye on DLD announcements. The department has held four of these events, so another is likely. Until then, updating your CV is the best preparation for Emirati real estate jobs.
