August 20, 2025 | Dubai, UAE: Over 3,000 Emirati families received Dubai Housing Support assistance worth Dh1.7 billion in the first half of 2025, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) revealed, reinforcing Dubai’s push to ensure citizens have secure, affordable homes amid rapid city growth.

Most of the funding around Dh1.18 billion was funnelled into 1,390 housing schemes designed to help people build new houses, fix up old ones, or simply buy their place. Nearly a thousand families also got direct grants totalling Dh40 million to ease the tough costs that come with construction or home repairs.

Then there are the land grants associated with the Dubai Housing Support Package. Almost 700 families received plots in carefully planned neighbourhoods. Young couples need flexibility and affordability; older families prioritise space and stability. We’re working to deliver both without delay through the Dubai Housing Support Package.”
