Abu Dhabi, May 4, 2025 – The UAE Lottery’s Big Ticket always changes someone’s life overnight. In a recent Big Ticket draw on Tuesday, Aravind Appukuttan, an Indian expatriate living in Sharjah, won the grand prize of Dh25 million. This has infused excitement and dreams in thousands of hopefuls who want to strike it rich by making it with the UAE Lottery and the country-famous Big Ticket draws.

The Big Ticket: UAE Lottery’s Life-Changing Opportunity

The UAE Lottery is distinguished by the Big Tickets, which offer some of the biggest prizes in the entire region. Started as early as 1992, the Big Ticket has become the longest-running raffle draw in the UAE’s history and has known legal coverage under the auctions of the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA). Every month, the Big Ticket finds participants hoping to test their luck in trying to win millions of dirhams stretched over the pages of car catalogs and other great prizes.

The new draw for Big Ticket may be in Abu Dhabi on May 3, 2025. An Indian expatriate aged 32, Aravind Appukuttan, is now Dh25 million richer. He was an ordinary salesperson with the Big Ticket lottery for the last two years. When the Big Ticket team finally managed to reach him, he was out shopping and could hardly believe how lucky he was. The team joked that he now “Might as well own a shop” with his winnings.

Aravind has decided to share the proceeds from his Big Ticket win with 20 people, which is very altruistic of him, considering he is not alone in the spirit of togetherness that comes among all participants in the UAE Lottery. He stated that he did not expect such a huge amount. This leaves inspiring stories for other participants to lure them into trying their luck with the UAE Lottery or Big Ticket draws.

More Winners and Bigger Prizes in the UAE Lottery

The excitement and the thrill of the Big Ticket and UAE Lottery are not limited to one winner alone. Taking his turn with the big spoils is Aravind’s previous month’s winner of the grand prize, Prince Sebastian, who holds the winning ticket for the millionaire of Big Ticket this month.

The Big Ticket draw also included a Dream Car giveaway. This time, Harun Rashid, a Bangladeshi, won the BMW 840i and was living in Saudi Arabia. Counts of cash prizes also reached some other winners in the ‘Big Win’ contest: Abdul Nazer from Kerala, India, took home Dh100,000, while MD Mehedi, a construction worker, won Dh50,000 that he plans to share with 17 others. Another winner, Akash Raj, also from Kerala, won Dh70,000 after trying his luck the second time, while Mohammed Haneff, brought by Big Ticket, won Dh75,000 after making a bold choice.

Looking forward, the Big Ticket operator has announced a guarantee of a Dh30 million prize for December, while there will also be four additional millionaire winners through weekly e-draws. Meanwhile, residents of the UAE can also get cash prizes ranging from Dh20,000 to Dh150,000 by simply buying two tickets for Dh1,000 in a single transaction. These also put the participants in the ‘Big Win’ contest that will conclude with a final draw on January 1, 2025. There is also a Maserati Grecale to be won on January 3 during the live draw.

The UAE Lottery and Big Ticket: A Dream for Many

The UAE Lottery and its Big Ticket draws now symbolize hope for many residents and expatriates. The Big Ticket creates new millionaires with each draw, bringing joy to families within the UAE and even beyond. A quick buy of a Big Ticket and then waiting for the outcome has been incorporated into a regular way of life for many, as they dream of a better tomorrow.

These legal draws are regulated fully by the UAE Lottery and reserved for GCGRA-Approved Operators such as Big Ticket Abu Dhabi. Hence, everything is above board and safe for the participants and gets accurate draws-unbiased and transparent.

For people who want to try their luck, here is a serious opportunity to make a changed life like what has been seen in the case of Aravind Appukuttan. Dreams can come true with the UAE Lottery and Big Ticket. The next big winner could be anyone who decides to participate in the upcoming draws.
