Dubai, UAE – February 24, 2026: Dubai maintains an ongoing evolution of its hospitality industry, which will reach its highest level of development in the next three years to come. The city establishes new records through its architectural and service innovations, which will lead to the upcoming launch of several new luxury hotels in Dubai. The future landmarks of these upcoming destinations extend beyond their function as hotels to include their Venetian floating palaces and tallest residential wellness tower.

1. Coastal & Floating Marvels

  1. Marbella Resort (Early 2026): The Marbella Resort will open to visitors in January 2026 as an Andalusian-inspired retreat that operates from the World Islands. The facility contains a climate-controlled walkway, which replicates European rainfall as its most well-known feature.
  2. Kempinski Floating Palace (2026): The Kempinski Floating Palace operates as the first floating five-star resort that exists on Jumeirah Beach. The property contains 156 rooms along with 12 luxury villas, which possess the ability to separate from the structure and travel to different docking locations.
  3. Six Senses The Palm (Late 2026): The Palm Dubai wellness resort will open on September 1, 2026, and has begun to take reservations. The company will establish its first UAE location through a wellness center, which includes 60,000 square feet of space.

  7. Jumeirah Asora Bay (Late 2026): Ajmeahns hotel project introduces downtown Dubai to its first urban-resort concept through its design at La Mer Beach making them luxury hotels in Dubai. 

2. Architectural Icons & Urban Hubs

  1. Baccarat Hotel and Residences (2026): The Downtown Dubai crystalline towers will open their doors to guests in late 2026 with 144 rooms that showcase the brand’s famous French crystal collection. 
  2. Janu Dubai (2027): Aman plans to launch its energetic sister brand Janu in DIFC. The private space of Aman contrasts with Janu which emphasizes social wellness through its lively connection activities. 
  3. Trump International Hotel & Tower (2027/Handover): The Sheikh Zayed Road area will receive a new 80-story skyscraper. The hotel will open in 2027 while some residential areas will become available to residents at a later time.

  2. Akala (2029): Located near DIFC, Arada has officially slated this for 2029. It will be the world’s first “precision wellness” destination, using advanced medical diagnostics for every guest.
  3. Rosewood Dubai (2029): The hotel, which contains 195 rooms, operates on Jumeirah Beach according to the brand’s “A Sense of Place” philosophy, which combines local heritage and contemporary architectural design.
  4. Janu Residences Dubai (2027): The brand will establish its first dedicated residences in the region, which will open with the hotel at DIFC.
  5. Corinthia Dubai (2030): The dual-tower development on Sheikh Zayed Road will reach a height of 1640 feet, which includes a suspended sky lobby design.

  1. MGM Hotel Dubai (Q2 2028): The primary hotel for “The Island” project located on the island of Umm Suqeim. The construction process has started, but now the company intends to begin operations in early 2028.
