This influential benchmarking initiative recognizes GCC organizations excelling in gender diversity and inclusive workplace policies. The announcement was made at the Best of Best (BOB) Gulf Conference 2025 held today in Dubai.

The BCWG study evaluated companies on recruitment and retention of women professionals, leadership representation, pay equity, parental and caregiving support, flexible work arrangements, and DEI management accountability.
