An Historic Tribute to Indian Cinema
A remarkable initiative DPIAF will soon reveal: A 9-feet statue erected in honor of Shri Dadasaheb Phalke Ji in Assam, all spearheaded by Lord Das Ji. Similar statues are on the anvil for installation in every Indian state to pay homage to the Father of Indian Cinema. FWICE’s and particularly BN Tiwari Ji’s support into this national cultural movement has given all the legitimacy it requires.
DPIAF appeals to every member of the film fraternity to honor the legacy and heritage of Phalke Ji through the display of his image at studios and sets so that that pioneering spirit continues to inspire generations to come.
