Airline recruitment is mainly focused on cabin crew roles, but other departments also have opportunities.   • There is a minimum height of 160 cm and be able to reach 212 cm
  • Speak and write fluent English; Additional languages are a plus
  • Keep at least one high school diploma (Grade 12)
  • Hospitality or customer is at least one year of service experience
  • There is no visual tattoo in uniform
  • Filling UAE’s employment visa requirements

  • Official Portal: Go to Emiratesgroupcareers.com to search and apply for jobs.
  • Account Building: Register and create a user profile.
  • Job Search: Use the department, location or keyword filter.
  • Application: Fill the online form, upload your CV, certificate and ID.
  • Submission: Review and submit your application. Keep reference numbers.
  • Screening: Wait for email/phone notification if shortlisted.
  • Interview: Video Interviews, Group Assessment and In-Person Interviews may include

Shortlisted candidates will undergo a multi-step selection process. This includes group activities, English language assessment and personal interviews. Successful applicants will then receive extensive training at Emirates’ training center in Dubai to prepare for their role.

Salary and Benefits for Emirates Cabin Crew

Emirates provides a competitive and tax-free salary package for his cabin crew members. The original salary starts from DH4,430 per month, with an additional flying pay of DH63.75 per hour, based on 80 to 100 flying hours. This average total monthly income brings around DH10,170 (about USD 2,770).
