Dubai's Global Village Extends It's Closing Date For Season 29

May 13, 2025, Dubai, UAE: The Global Village, one of the UAE’s top family attractions, on Sunday announced the extension of the ongoing season 29 by one week, to May 18. Thousands of families flock here on Sundays, which calls for more demand, so this decision is the icing on the cake!

The Global Village

The global village is the perfect destination for the family of four, or more! It is a seasonal outdoor attraction, a theme park, which offers dining, shopping, and entertainment, along with over 40,000 cultural shows each season.

Dubai’s Global Village has one of the largest parking capacities in the world, about 18300 vehicles that can be parked there. Before the outbreak of COVID, it had almost 7 million visitors in the year 2018, with an average of 4 million per year since 2007.

About The Opening Hours 

The global village is open from 4 pm in the evening to 1 am, late at night, perfect timing to enjoy the outdoors as well as the dining and cultural performances indoors. To enjoy this outing to its full potential, one must come with at least three hours to give. To enjoy the 26 different world pavilions, entertainment regions, the carnival, and the museum.

In response to the high demand, the destination announced an extension of the season, reaffirming its commitment. End-of-season shopping is the key experience to indulge in before closure, with high discounts and offers available across the destination.

Guests may enjoy a variety of dining and entertainment options before the destination closes its gates. Fireworks will also be displayed to light up the sky above the destination to celebrate the grand finale next Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
With the extended dates, more guests can come in and savour their favourite treats from more than 250+ dining options.
Families with kids can make the most of the rides offered and games at places like Carnaval, Exo Planet City, and Neon Galaxy – Challenge Zone.

Offers Available Towards Closure

As this Global Village season ends, numerous offers can be seen at the destination, including offers on shopping, dining, rides, and much more. Some specific offers to focus:

  • Kids go Free offer-  Allowing children to enter the park free of charge.
  • Carnival offer – Providing the facility to select unlimited rides in the carnival area for just AED 50.
  • The golden bar challenge– Where participants have the glorious chance to win AED 2900 in cash by lifting the golden bar from the box- is part of a total prize pool of AED 87,000.
  • Shopping deals- Offering hundreds of End-Of-Season sale deals, exclusive bargains and offers from over 3,500 shopping destinations. Which includes handcrafted products, traditional cultural items, as well as items inspired by modern trends and fashion.

  • Dh25- weekday ticket, which is Sunday to Thursday, apart from public holidays.
  • Dh30- Usual Days Ticket
  • Free Entry- NO charge of ticket for children under 12 and senior citizens over 60.

How to get there?

The village is easily accessible by car via Exit 37 on (a) the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and (b) Emirates Road.

  • Free general parking is also available across zones.
  • A rickshaw service is also available, from the car park to the main gate of the park at Dh5.
  • RTA bus services are also available if one wants to opt for Public transport; Includes route 102, 103, 104, 106.

This park, being one of the most visited and liked destinations in Dubai, has many more amenities, facilities, places for shopping, dining, entertainment, and much more as it spans in a wide area of over 17,200,000 square feet.
The park is a seasonal celebration that invites millions to celebrate with it, it is a must-visit.
