August 15, 2025 | Dubai, UAE: Parkin Company PJSC has announced the launch of an integrated vehicle refuelling and car wash service with Parkin CAFU Partnership, available across Parkin-managed public parking facilities in Dubai from today.
According to Parkin, the service allows customers to book on-demand fuel delivery or a car wash while their vehicles remain parked, without visiting a fuel station or wash facility. Notifications containing booking links are sent via SMS or WhatsApp to customers in eligible locations. CAFU users can also access the services directly via the CAFU mobile application.
Parkin stated that technical integration into its mobile application is scheduled for a future phase of the rollout.
“This unique partnership with CAFU marks a significant achievement in our mission to enhance the Parkin customer experience,” said Eng. Mohamed Abdulla Al Ali, Chief Executive Officer of Parkin. “By offering on-demand fuel delivery and car wash services delivered directly to vehicles parked in our spaces, we are turning idle parking time into a moment of convenience.”
How the Parkin CAFU Partnership Works?
In its official release, Parkin projected annual revenue from the CAFU service between AED 5 million and AED 7 million, based on expected uptake, without the need for additional capital investment. The company described the partnership as part of its strategy to expand value-added services alongside its core paid parking operations.
“Expanding our portfolio of value-added services is a key pillar of our growth strategy,” Al Ali added. “This collaboration reflects our commitment to delivering innovative, time-saving solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.”
Parkin Locations in Dubai Embrace Innovation
Parkin manages approximately 211,500 paid public parking spaces throughout Dubai, including Business Bay, Deira, Jumeirah, and Al Karama. Under the agreement, CAFU will extend service coverage to vehicles parked in these locations, subject to operational access.
Rashid Al Ghurair, Founder and CEO of CAFU, said the collaboration was “aligned with CAFU’s mission to make car ownership smarter, simpler, and seamless. Partnering with Parkin takes that mission straight to where our customers already are, in the heart of the city’s parking network,” Al Ghurair said. “Now, topping up your tank or getting your car washed happens where your car is parked, not as a separate task.”
Environmental Benefits with the Parkin CAFU Partnership
The joint statement from both companies said that the service supports the UAE Green Agenda 2030 by reducing unnecessary vehicle trips, which can contribute to lower carbon emissions and reduced traffic congestion. CAFU’s pressurised water-saving car wash system was cited as using less water than conventional methods, aligning with local water conservation efforts.
In addition, the companies highlighted that minimising short, fuel‑only trips helps lower overall vehicular emissions in high‑density districts such as Deira and Business Bay, where traffic congestion is a recurring challenge. By integrating these services into existing parking infrastructure, the partnership aims to not only enhance customer convenience but also promote more responsible resource consumption in line with Dubai’s long‑term sustainability targets.
Shaping the Future of Urban Mobility
Parkin described the agreement as consistent with its aim to become an “integrated, customer-focused mobility platform” through partnerships and digital technology. CAFU referred to the model as “a step towards transforming urban car care into an effortless part of everyday life,” emphasizing integration into existing mobility infrastructure.
The companies confirmed that the current service scope covers fuel delivery and exterior/interior car washes, with potential for additional automotive services to be considered at a later stage based on market demand and operational capability.
