July 19, 2025 | Dubai, UAE: The UAE and other Arab leaders have emphatically rejected foreign meddling in Syria. The UAE foreign policy takes a strong stance against Israeli strikes Syria, emphasizing regional stability. In addition to this, they also called for sovereignty and stability across the region due to these regional geopolitical situations.

Unity Against Foreign Meddling

The Syrian crisis amid Israeli strikes Syria has now stretched for two decades. This has created potential human suffering and destroyed infrastructure throughout. The chaotic and multi-forum conflict after Israeli strikes in Syria has brought in global actors with multi-national goals. It also included foreign interference, which makes them seek a possible resolution rather than a necessary one. The UAE foreign policy and other Arab countries’ policies are taking diplomatic action to stabilize and assist the Syrian people.

Firm Statement From The Top Diplomat

In particular, the UAE foreign policy has been outspoken in its desire for a common Arab position to push back against aggression of Israeli strikes Syria . “Such actions are all there to damage the peace and stability in the region. ” The UAE’s foreign minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, stated.

“We are united in confronting any aggression that threatens the security and stability of our region,” Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan further quoted.

The UAE foreign policy emphasizes the motive that any resolution to the Syrian crisis must prioritize the independence and unity of Syria. Paramount to this, supporting Syrian unity is aligned with the direction of the broader Arab League, which has continued to destabilize the region and seek a diplomatic solution to the crisis. The UAE foreign policy has also reiterated its support for maintaining Syrian sovereignty and territorial status throughout.
