Here is when the Gunners could seal the trophy
Arsenal are getting closer. Really close. For most of this season, it felt like the Premier League title race would go right down to the final weekend, especially with Manchester City waiting for another late surge. But things changed after City’s wild 3-3 draw against Everton.
Those dropped points have handed Arsenal something they have not truly had in years at this stage of a title race — control.
Mikel Arteta’s side are now five points clear at the top with only three league games left. City still have one match in hand, but the important detail is this: Arsenal no longer need to look over their shoulder if they keep winning. That is a massive shift.
When can Arsenal officially win the Premier League title?
The earliest date Arsenal could be crowned champions is May 13. A few things would need to happen before then, though.
First, Manchester City would have to lose at home to Brentford on Saturday. Then Arsenal would need to beat West Ham away the next day.If that sequence plays out, City would go into their match against Crystal Palace trailing Arsenal by eight points.
At that point, there would only be nine points left available. So if City then fail to beat Palace — whether it is a draw or another defeat — Arsenal would officially become Premier League champions. Simple as that.
Arsenal finally have the advantage
For the last couple of years, Arsenal fans have seen this story go the other way. Stay close to City for months, make one mistake, and suddenly the title is gone.
This time feels slightly different. Not because Arsenal have already done it, because they have not. But because the pressure is now shared. Maybe even tilted towards City for once. Arsenal know exactly what is needed.
Win the final three games:
• West Ham United away
• Burnley at home
• Crystal Palace away
Do that, and nobody can catch them. Of course, these are the matches where tension creeps in. Legs get heavy. Every missed chance feels bigger than normal. Arsenal supporters will remember previous collapses and near-misses, so there will still be nerves around every game from here.
But there is also a different feeling around this squad now. They look calmer. More experienced. Less frantic when matches become difficult. That maturity could be what finally pushes them over the line.

A huge ending to the season could still get even bigger
The title race is not the only thing Arsenal are thinking about either.
They have already reached the Champions League final and will face Paris Saint-Germain later this month. So there is now a real chance that this season becomes historic for the club.
A Premier League title on its own would already end a 22-year wait. A league and Champions League double? That would completely change how this Arsenal side is remembered.
The numbers are already leaning heavily in their favour too. Opta’s projections currently give Arsenal more than an 86 percent chance of winning the title from here. Still, football rarely follows the script perfectly. Arsenal fans probably know that better than anyone.
