Schools closed this week, and for working parents, the question that follows is immediate and practical. What happens to the children for the next eight weeks? With outdoor play limited for much of the day, summer camps in Dubai have become an increasingly popular option for families seeking fun, social interaction and skill-building during the long school holiday.
The options this year are wider than they have ever been. They span everything from snow parks to robotics labs, creative arts to football coaching. Here is a verified breakdown of what is running, what it costs, and which age groups each camp actually serves.
For the Youngest Children: Ages 2 to 9
Gogo Village in Al Quoz is dedicated to the younger age groups. It provides a variety of arts and crafts, imaginative play, interactive workshops and group activities. The programme is planned to encourage children to be creative, confident and make friends while keeping them busy all day.
It is one of the most budget-friendly full day summer camps in Dubai for toddlers and young children. From July 6 to August 28, from 9am to 2pm, at a cost of AED 150 per day. It makes AED 550 per week or AED 1,800 per month.
The OliOli Dubai Summer camps are held at the children’s museum at Al Quoz from Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 5pm and will run from 6th to 28th July. Weekly themes like Space, Jurassic, Wonder and Mess invite children to explore scientific themes, to use problem solving skills and to be creative. The morning programme is priced at AED 990 per week, with the afternoon programme available at AED 690 per week.
An early-bird discount was available until July 5, alongside a 10 percent sibling discount on the second and subsequent sibling. OliOli camps are open to children aged 3 to 10 and operate as drop-off programmes, so parents are not required to stay on site.

Active and Outdoor-Inspired Camps
For families whose children prefer movement over sitting still, Precision Football’s summer camp runs from July 6 to August 28 at Ibn Battuta Mall, priced at AED 175 per day or AED 750 per week. Alongside expert coaching sessions, players take on speed challenges, climb live leaderboards and track their progress throughout the summer.
Ski Dubai’s summer camp runs from June 29 to August 25 at Mall of the Emirates, priced at AED 399 per day or AED 1,500 per week. The wintery adventure camp lets kids aged between four and ten spend their summer break exploring the snow park rides, learning about penguins and even trying an introduction to skiing.
They also get to warm up with Ski Dubai’s signature hot chocolate, snacks and lunch, and watch two weekly movie screenings at VOX Cinemas in the mall. It is one of the more unique summer camps in Dubai, offering a genuine alternative to the heat without leaving the city.
For younger children with high energy levels, miniBOUNCE at Spring Souk Mall in Al Thanyah runs from July 6 to August 28, Monday to Friday, focusing on movement, confidence-building and active play in a supportive environment. Kids enjoy fun games, interactive activities and opportunities to stay moving throughout the day, guided by caring hosts.

STEM, Technology and Future Skills
Pure Minds Academy’s Summer Camp returns for its 12th season with eight weeks of hands-on, instructor-led AI, robotics, coding and STEM learning for ages 4 to 14, across five locations in Dubai including the Museum of the Future.
Running every Monday to Friday from July 6 to August 28, 9:30am to 2pm, the academy also introduces an intensive AI Bootcamp for ages 10 to 17 this year, built around what engineers, developers and AI professionals actually do. Groups are capped at 20 students with a trainer and teaching assistant for every ten children.
Expo City Dubai’s summer camp, set within Terra, the Sustainability Pavilion, offers children the opportunity to learn about science, sustainability and innovation in a highly interactive environment. This one works best for children aged eight and above who can engage meaningfully with the thematic content.

Creative and Multi-Activity Summer Camps in Dubai
Lemonade Play’s summer camp runs Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm at Arabian Center and Triple 777 Center, offering dancing, music, drumming, science challenges, creative activities and surprises, priced at AED 185 per day.
The Green Planet Dubai’s camp runs at City Walk from July 6 to August 21, 9am to 3pm, priced at AED 250 per day or AED 600 per week. It gives children hands-on access to one of the region’s most immersive indoor biodome environments.
For older children aged 8 to 16, a music-focused summer camp running for one week only at Expo City Dubai gives participants the opportunity to work on their talents, perform and get creative, priced at AED 1,150 for the week.

Practical Tips Before You Book Summer Camps in Dubai
Most summer camps in Dubai do not offer transport service and meals as part of their camp fees. For instance, OliOli says lunch and snacks are available for additional convenience and can be pre-ordered from their in-house café, but are not mandatory camp fees.
For multi-week bookings, always check what’s included and not included before booking, especially when booking for the first time. Some camps have early bird rates that may be available for certain weeks; some camps also provide sibling discounts.
The more popular options tend to be booked up fast, especially during the first week and two of July when these days are quieter than July and August and better suited for those whose kids prefer having more space.
