The 12th edition features 10,000 works of art from more than 65 countries, including pieces valued at about AED 370 and workshops as part of your ticket.
If you’ve ever wished to purchase some art without ending up completely overwhelmed, then World Art Dubai 2026 could well be your opportunity. The event, which is the 12th edition, takes place from 19 to 22 November at the Dubai World Trade Centre (in Za’abeel Halls 2 and 3) and is open every day from 1 pm to 9 pm.
The Big Numbers
More than 300 exhibitors from more than 65 countries are represented at the fair, among them 200 individual artists and 65 galleries, together with artist groups and collectives. There will be about 10,000 artworks on display, and the event features painting, sculpture, photography, mixed media, digital art, and installations, thus offering something to suit both bold and more reserved tastes.
Who Is Curating
Rachael Brown and Stephane de Boysson are the two new curators joining Gottfried Eisenberger and Samar Kamel, who are returning. Together, they will play a role in deciding which works are selected and how they are arranged, thereby making World Art Dubai 2026 simpler for first-time visitors to explore.

From Browsing to Buying
Sales increased by 28 percent in 2025, and this year the fair is placing a greater emphasis on assisting visitors with their purchases. The prices range from about USD 100 to USD 20,000 (approximately AED 370 to AED 73,500). The attendees comprise collectors, first-time buyers, interior designers, hospitality professionals, and corporate clients. Asma Al Sharif from DWTC stated that the objective is to enable people to engage with art “in ways that feel personal and accessible,” and World Art Dubai 2026 is based on that concept.
Photography and Fresh Talent
PhotoWAD focuses on photography, with the Emerging Artist Prize being reintroduced for up-and-coming talent. There is a dedicated Emirati Artists Pavilion, which puts local creators next to international ones. This combination ensures that World Art Dubai 2026 doesn’t come across as just another gallery visit.
More Than Walls and Frames
The ticket price includes over twenty hands-on workshops for both adults and children, and there are also free talks given by artists, curators, and people from the industry. On Sunday, 22 November, there is Family Day, with schools taking part so that the students can display their work. If you are bringing kids, World Art Dubai 2026 will be a fairly easy day out.

Support Beyond the Fair
The Artist in Residence Programme links up artists with various Dubai hotels, such as Hotel Indigo Downtown Dubai, SO/Uptown, and Radisson RED, with these activities extending into 2027. The fact that Dubai Culture is the strategic partner demonstrates the importance that World Art Dubai 2026 has within the city’s creative sector.
