July 8, 2025 | Dubai, UAE. UAE Weather Today is forecasting a very hot day to continue, as temperatures in the country will skyrocket. According to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM), the internal areas of the UAE should be the hottest, with maximum temperatures reaching between 40°C and 43°C. The coastal areas and islands will still be hot with maximum temperatures between 37°C and 41°C, so precautions for staying cool and Hydrated should remain.

Currently in the UAE, weather conditions are extremely hot, with Abu Dhabi already partly cloudy with a maximum temperature of 39°C, and Dubai is sunny with a maximum temperature of 38°C. The current temperature in Abu Dhabi is 33°C, relative humidity is around 41% with no breeze, and in Dubai, it is 31°C, relative humidity is around 49%. So the UAE Weather Today is certainly indicative of summer months of weather in the UAE, and everyone should take the appropriate actions to maintain being cool and hydrated.

Looking ahead to the forecast in UAE Weather Today, Humidity levels will be relatively low, ranging from 32% to 68% in Abu Dhabi and 39% to 63% in Dubai. Winds will be light to moderate, with speeds of up to 15 km/h in Abu Dhabi and 20 km/h in Dubai. These weather conditions are ideal for outdoor activities, but it’s essential to take regular breaks and stay hydrated to avoid heat exhaustion.

Paramount to this, Hot And Sunny Days Are Expected In Sharjah With Foretasted Temperatures Ranging From 38-40 degrees C in UAE Weather Today. The skies are expected to be partly to mostly cloudy with a light to moderate breeze up to 20 km/h. While humidity looks to be borderline high, it’s not quite high enough of a humidity to negatively impact the weather for our trip. Overall, the UAE Weather Today appears as if it’s going to feel like a regular hot, sunny day in Sharjah.

On the other hand, the elevated terrain should provide some relief from the heat, with expected temperatures in the 34 °C to 38 °C range in UAE Weather Today. Overall, the winds will be light to moderate. However, there may be brief periods of moderate winds in the 10-25 km/h range. Winds could get up to 35 km/h at times, with minimal expected light rain. Sea conditions should be slight in the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea, affecting marine activities in the UAE, Weather Today.

Air Quality Plummets 

It’s also important to keep in mind the air quality in the UAE. The Weather Today is unhealthy in some areas, including Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Sensitive groups in Abu Dhabi should avoid parts of the day outside, while the recommendation in Dubai is to stay indoors and reschedule outdoor activities altogether. But there is positive news too in UAE Weather Today: sunrise in Abu Dhabi was at 5:40 AM and sunset will be at 7:15 PM; in Dubai, sunrise was at 5:34 AM and sunset will be at 7:12 PM. Using the weather and air quality information available to determine what activities to plan can help residents and visitors stay safe and healthy.

Tips To Cope With The Sizzling Heat 

The National Centre for Meteorology (NCM) is advising residents to stay hydrated and to limit their outdoor physical activity to early morning and late afternoon hours due to the intense summer heat. There will be fair to partly cloudy weather across the country, which makes it a perfect time to plan, and we should all take the necessary steps to protect and care for ourselves, become heat injuries can be so avoidable and affect so many.

When you are outside in the UAE Weather Today, make sure to wear protective clothing such as a hat and sunglasses and use sunscreen. Drinking lots of water, along with more regular breaks in shaded areas or air-conditioned areas. Speak to your doctor about anything you can drink that can help keep you going if you have to do any hard labour during the hottest part of the day. 

Furthermore, Plan activities for the cool times of day, and do not do any strenuous activities during peak sun hours, as they will almost certainly be unpleasant/irritating. Take precautions also when the sun is not out, such as in the case of poor air quality.
