Having been conceived under the tagline “Coastal City Within a City”, the project endeavors to marry nature, luxury, and modern urban living.

Located within the coastal project of Downtown Umm Al Quwain Coastal Project is a diversified master plan, which comprises three prime districts: North Beach, Trade Centers, and South Beach.
