3. Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co. Residences

With a budget of over a billion dollars, the project aims to set several records, some of them being the world’s highest Infinity pool and the world’s highest restaurant with a green rainforest area inside the restaurant. The tower will feature a glazed interior and metallic shaded louvres. It will also have a rooftop park. The construction is expected to be completed by 2029.

Location: Tabuk, Saudi Arabia
The concept for this tower is exceptional; this is a super-tall skyscraper, but it is an exceptionally long one as well. Currently, this super-tall building is under construction & it is planned to be 170 km long, 500 m high, and 200 m wide. The interesting concept of this design consists of two mirrored skyscrapers with an outdoor space in between. This is one of the smartest designs, and as it is a new concept, the first phase is set to be completed by 2030. It is situated in Tubak, Saudi Arabia.

Located in Dubai, this is a skyscraper that aims to be, again, the tallest residential Tower. The project was initially known as “Pentominium”. Located in Dubai, Mariana’s “tallest block” cluster- It is said to have 122 floors and 251 residences. The expected completion is in 2028, although sales have already started, at an eye-catching Dh5.8 million for a two-bedroom unit. It is said to read a file, the city’s Skyline, this mixed-use development embodies innovation in architecture as well as sustainable design, and it is expected to be completed by 2027.

9. Senna Tower
